Local 1274 has an agreement with Northeastern Illinois University to provide our members with a tuition discount for a Master of Arts in Community and Teacher Leaders (10 classes), or a Teacher Leader Endorsement (5 classes).   NEW! Members without a PEL in teaching/support staff members now have the opportunity to apply.
